Gentle Flow

A form of hatha yoga that is easy to follow, slower paced and accessible to everyBODY. Learn the fundamental practices found in all styles of yoga; deep breathing (pranayama), rejuvenating body poses (asanas), meditation (dyana), stress reduction and relaxation. This is a great class for beginners or those who enjoy a gentler class.

All Level Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breathwork). This practice will build your inner and outer strength, improve your balance, and reduce stress while increasing vitality and athleticism.



I'm not in shape, can I still come to class?
Yoga is for everyBODY! Our variety of classes can accommodate any yogi from their first day to their 15th year. If you’re new to yoga, try joining a gentle or beginner level class. You’ll be able to learn and familiarize yourself with the style of yoga, the poses (asanas), breath cycles, and meditation
What should I bring?
There are a few items that will help you get the most out of your practice:

  • Yoga Mat Your own “Yoga” mat is one of the best ways to enhance your practice.  Yoga mats are made specifically to help with slipping and sticking of you hands and feet.  If you don’t have a mat don’t worry! We have clean, ready to use mats at 124 you can use.
  • Water Water is so important to drink before, during, and after your classes.  Yoga classes help your body ignite your metabolism. To keep your body ready for class keep hydrated throughout the day.
  • Towel  A towel is a very useful tool to have alongside your mat.  Whether you need it to dab the sweat off your forehead or to provide some extra cushion during a specific asana (pose).
  • Open Mind Yoga is different than any other physical exercise out there. At first, you’re going to feel awkward, and out of touch. But, the amount of support, confidence and energy you will receive is beyond measure – and so worth a little discomfort in the beginning.
What do I wear?
As long as what you’re wearing to your class is comfortable, you’re ready to start flowing. We recommend that your clothes aren’t too loose. A modest, snugger fitting top that doesn’t restrict your arms mobility while stretching will work great in any of our yoga classes.  Pants that stay in placing during the movements and poses will do the job just find. If you have long hair, a ponytail is nice to help keep your hair out of your eyes and limit distractions.
