HOW TO START

Step by Step

STEP ONE: SIGN UP FOR A CLASS

Taking the initial step is the hardest part of any new experience. Let yourself come to a class to see what it is about before you make a decision. We promise it’ll be worth it!

STEP TWO: CHECK IN

We ask that our members respect their commitment to themselves as well as the other guests by arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. If this isn’t your first time with us, chances are we’ll recognize you. We do our best at getting to know our members by their first names. If you’re a first-time guest, let us know. We’ll be happy to give you a tour and make sure you’re all set to ride. If you haven’t checked in 5 minutes before class starts, your bike may be released.

STEP THREE: WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We offer complimentary towels in our studio. We also offer water for sale for $1. Our spin bikes are compatible with regular tennis shoes and SPD cycling shoes. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available for use.

STEP FOUR: BIKE & MAT SUPPORT

BIKE: At our studio our instructors are there to help you get set up, position and adjust the bike to fit you properly, and more. Again, if it is your first time, we’ll show you extra love to get you all set up!

MAT: Our instructors are there to answer any questions you might have! They’ll show you were to go and help you get set up for class.

**TIP** If it’s your first class try finding a spot in the back. It’s a great, safe, efficient way to watch what other members are doing and learn.

STEP FIVE: SAFE & SOUND

You know your body but you might not know exactly where you fit on the fitness scale. It’s always a great idea to check with your doctor before starting any fitness routine. Whether you’re taking our gentle flow class or going on a more rigorous ride, it will be an intense experience physically. If you don’t feel well during the class, let the instructor know or excuse yourself and ask for support at the front desk. Our instructors care about you, your health and that you have a transformational workout.
