Do Spin?

Because it’s FUN!!  Spinning as the ability to connect the mind and body that makes indoor cycling so beneficial to your overall health. The benefits of spinning can be enjoyed by almost anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.  Perhaps this is why indoor cycling workouts were the most significant new fitness trend of the 1990s, and continue to gain in popularity today.  Participants report that time spent during indoor cycling workouts seem to fly by, as opposed to other forms of cardio, and that they gain a real sense of accomplishment after completing a “ride.”

A 45-minute indoor cycling workout can burn 350- 600+ calories.

Experience a low-impact way to get a high-intensity workout.

Spinning works the lower-body, specifically glutes and quads.

Endurance Ride

Endurance ride is our most popular, well-rounded class.  Together we speed up on flat roads, push to climb hills, engage our anaerobic heart rate and incorporate weights to pump our upper body. The up-beat music is sure to get you going for this 45 minute class. Great for all levels of riders.

High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best ways to get a complete workout in a shorter period of time. HIIT builds the heart rate quickly allowing for maximum cardio and anaerobic efforts. These classes are normally done in a shorter workout but aren’t limited to only shorter classes.

Climb Ride

Up, up, up! You will climb and you will feel the burn.  Climbing will kick your butt, literally. If you want to engage your glutes and hamstrings for a nonstop burn this is your class. Climbing is a great way to to build muscle tone and max out on cardiovascular efforts.
